LLC Varno is a modern sewing manufacturer with a rich history, which specializes in the production of men's shirts and light women's clothing. Founded in 1936. Over 88 years, we havegained experience and become experts in producing shirts of any complexity, establishing ourselves as one of the largest manufacturers of men's shirts in Ukraine.
The company's production facilities spanned 250 workers who produced 50,000 men’s shirts monthly before the full-scale Russian invasion.
"The nearly hundred-year history of our factory could have ended in 2022. However, we managed to save and continue our business. Today, we have a team of 50 highly qualified employees, enabling us to produce 72,000 units of men’s shirts and lightweight women's apparel annually for international clients" shared Inna Kalekina, Director of LLC Varno.
Our specialty lies in the mass tailoring of shirts of various complexities and styles. Our own sewing workshops are equipped with high-speed sewing machines and staffed by highly qualified designers, cutters, and seamstresses. Additionally, our design and development department enables us to offer a wide range of services for mass production of both woven and knitted fabrics with exceptional quality and efficiency.
The enterprise’s advantageous location near the Kyiv-Yahodyn international highway - only 65 km from Ukraine’s western border and within a 150 km radius of Rivne, Lutsk, and Lviv - facilitates active business relationships with both Ukrainian and Western European companies.
The enterprise is equipped with modern sewing machines from Brother, Juki, Sun Star, FDM, Siruba, along with Primula moisture-heat processing equipment, a Mayer and Kannegiesser duplicating press, a Wie-Jie thermopress, an Oshima cuff forming press, and a semi-automatic Ascolite button tail wrapping machine. This advanced equipmentenables the production ofhigh-quality garments with high productivity and in accordance with modern trends.
The company's operations extend beyond the Ukrainian market. For over 30 years, we have successfully collaborated with partners from Germany, Poland, Lithuania, France, Sweden, and Great Britain. Our partners include renowned brands such as Voronin, Orsay, Haupt, Oscar, Sangar, Kastor, IKKS Women, and others. Throughout its existence, LLC Varno has developed stable and mutually beneficial relationships with European customers.
